Mikkeller, in conjunction with local restaurant group ChefStable, has stamped its brand on the former Burnside Brewing premises. Roomy, minimalist pub, beers from San Diego, Japanese-inspired food. Bring money. UPDATE: Originally, this was intended to be a temporary location, but Mikkeller HQ has stated its intent to take over the entire premises and operate it as a brewpub.
